Another project completed by Vincenzo’s Roofing!
Installed 19 squares of Owens Corning Duration roofing and 10 squares of GenFlex rubber roofing.
The main roof had two existing layers—asphalt roofing over an older rubber roof. We stripped it down to the sheathing and addressed the issues underneath:
* Replaced three pieces of rotted roof decking.
* Replaced a broken cast-iron plumbing stack with 4″ PVC pipe.
* Framed a cricket behind the chimney to help divert water.
* Reflashed the chimney with 12″ lead flashing.
